Sources & methodology

We help visitors compare trade events using attributable facts. Every profile links to its source and shows when its information was checked. Listings are ordered by date for events, and alphabetically for tools and servers.

How listings are added

We review official provider and organizer information, reusable public datasets and direct submissions. We publish our own factual summaries and keep source identifiers so updates do not create duplicate listings. Sponsored placements must be labeled and do not affect factual status.

Dates and changes

Events have a specific occurrence, local time zone and start/end. Ended, cancelled and postponed events are excluded from upcoming search results. Annual editions are separate records; we do not invent next year’s dates. Recheck the official source before traveling.

Coverage focuses on trade conferences, industry summits and B2B trade shows. Consumer festivals and general academic conferences are outside the core scope.

Corrections

Use the submission form to report a change, request removal or claim an existing listing. Submissions enter the platform’s review inbox; a submission does not publish automatically.
